Therapeutic Coaching
Therapeutic coaching forms a bridge between counselling and coaching. It is an action-oriented approach to compassionate change. In my practice, I apply modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Hold me Tight, and Relational Intelligence to brain-based coaching and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
Yin Yoga
In each class, I’ll guide you in an extended release that targets circulation and the deep fascia, promotes a calm and clear mind, and promotes emotional and physical flexibility. It is not an active practice requiring muscular effort, making it ideal for endurance athletes and anyone with tight hips or injuries.
